Very simply, we facilitate a “Vision Framing Process” to help leaders create and implement a Visionary Plan to accomplish God’s mission in their area and around the world.

He is both a certified Church Unique and God Dreams Auxano Navigator who follows a vision framing process based on the principles outlined in the celebrated books, Church Unique and God Dreams, by Auxano’s founder, Will Mancini. Through the process church and organizational teams from every major faith tribe have discovered unprecedented clarity around the unique identity of their church and organization. Working from that clarity, they develop actionable plans for articulating, planning, and integrating vision into their culture.
